My review of the RTS game "Starcraft 1 and 2" 🩸🩸🛡️⚔️🛡️🩸🩸

Starcraft
🩸🩸🛡️⚔️🛡️🩸🩸

Wikipedia: StarCraft II: Wings of Liberty is a science fiction real-time strategy video game developed and published by Blizzard Entertainment. It was released worldwide in July 2010 for Microsoft Windows and Mac OS X.[6] A sequel to the 1998 video game StarCraft and the Brood War expansion pack, the game is best known as the original installment of StarCraft II which was later followed by a number of expansion packs.[7] Wings of Liberty has been free-to-play since November 2017.

Like its predecessor, the game revolves around three species: the Terrans (humans), the Zerg (a super-species of assimilated life forms),[8] and the Protoss (a technologically advanced species with vast psionic powers). Wings of Liberty focuses on the Terrans, while the expansions, Heart of the Swarm and Legacy of the Void, would focus on the Zerg and Protoss, respectively. The game is set four years after the events of 1998's Brood War, and follows the exploits of Jim Raynor as he leads an insurgent group against the autocratic Terran Dominion. The game includes new and returning characters and locations from the original game.

The game was met with critical acclaim, receiving an aggregated score of 93% from Metacritic, and it has been cited as one of the greatest video games ever made. Similar to its predecessor, StarCraft II was praised for its engaging gameplay, as well as its introduction of new features and improved storytelling.

Starcraft 2: Wings of Liberty Synopsis🩸🩸🛡️⚔️🛡️🩸🩸

Here's a synopsis of StarCraft II: Wings of Liberty: (by Grok AI 2.0)

Plot Overview:

StarCraft II: Wings of Liberty focuses on Jim Raynor, a former Confederate marshal who now leads a group of rebels against the Terran Dominion, ruled by the tyrannical Emperor Arcturus Mengsk.

Key Events:

  • The Beginning: The game starts with Raynor and his Raiders fighting against Dominion forces. Raynor is dealing with personal losses, including the betrayal of Sarah Kerrigan (the Queen of Blades), who was transformed into a Zerg creature by Mengsk at the end of the original StarCraft.
  • Mining and Upgrades: Raynor, in need of resources and technology to continue his fight, engages in various missions to gather minerals, gas, and artifacts. These missions involve him working with or against different factions, including the Protoss and remnants of the Confederacy.
  • Rebellion Against the Dominion: Raynor teams up with various characters, including his right-hand man Matt Horner and the scientist Dr. Ariel Hanson, to undermine Mengsk's rule. They recruit mercenaries, gather intelligence, and fight Dominion forces across different planets.
  • The Artifact: A central plot point is an ancient Xel'Naga artifact that has the power to de-infest Kerrigan, potentially turning her back to human or neutralizing her threat. Raynor, driven by guilt and love, seeks to use this artifact to save Kerrigan.
  • Climax: The culmination involves a series of missions where Raynor assembles the artifact's pieces. This leads to an assault on Char, the Zerg-infested planet where Kerrigan is. In a dramatic confrontation, Raynor uses the artifact on Kerrigan, which begins to revert her back to human form, although the process is not fully shown or resolved at the end of Wings of Liberty.
  • Endgame: The game ends with Raynor's forces retreating after the artifact's use, leaving the fate of Kerrigan uncertain. Meanwhile, new threats loom as the Protoss character, Zeratul, warns Raynor of an ancient evil, setting up the narrative for the next part of the trilogy.

Themes and Tone:
The game explores themes of redemption, freedom, betrayal, and the cost of power. It also delves into Raynor's personal journey from a vengeful rebel to someone striving to make amends for past failures.

Wings of Liberty sets the stage for the entire StarCraft II trilogy, focusing on Raynor's personal redemption arc while intertwining with larger galactic events involving the Zerg and Protoss.

Starcraft 2: Wings of Liberty Cutscenes🩸🩸🛡️⚔️🛡️🩸🩸

My personal review of Starcraft 1🩸🩸🛡️⚔️🛡️🩸🩸

I first played the original real time strategy game Starcraft in 2001 while studying bio-engineering in Gent, Belgium. I got two compact discs from a new friend of mine back then, and he told me to play the game that was on it. I did not know really what to expect of the game until I started playing it. The original Starcraft game is divided in three campaigns and you have to play them after each other because it is one storyline. First you play the Terran campaign, then the Zerg campaign and finally you get to play the Protoss campaign. I loved the story and the game was a very action filled and very entertaining RTS game! I played RTS games before, like Command and Conquer: Red Alert, Z, Total Annihilation and so on. But Starcraft was on another level. Three distinct factions that had very different units and different skills and attributes! This was totally new in the RTS game genre! And the game was a worldwide success! It become one of the most played RTS games of all times!

I played the game on the highest difficulty setting, and I kept playing it over and over again until I finished the game at the very end by killing the Overmind in the last Protoss mission! But everybody who ever played online knows that even if you played the game against the computer on the highest difficulty setting, that this is nothing compared to when you play against real players online! I found this out by also playing Counterstrike back then (my favorite first person shooter video game). In the first hours and days of playing Counterstrike online as a newbie I got killed over and over again without killing anyone else. The first time I used a P-90 submachine gun on two other players, essentially emptying the clip and killing them both without getting killed myself I jumped in the air with joy! I became over time better and better at it until I even joined a clan while I was doing my mandatory military service in Germany.

But back to the RTS game Starcraft 1: I really loved the cutscenes and the storyline behind it! At the beginning you simply don't know as a Terran who you are fighting against! During the course of the game you find out how the insectoid extraterrestrials are named, the so called "Zerg".

The Zergling are the most terrifying extraterrestrials in the Starcraft universe! They outbreed any other race in the known galaxy or universe and swarm other races and kill them by the billions! While the Zerg are controlled by the "Overmind" to conquer and enslave the Galaxy, Arcturus Mengsk tries to take power of the entire Confederacy and makes himself Dictator of the confederacy. Jim Raynor first helps Arcturus, then turn against him during the course of the story and game.

The Protoss are the most noble race in the Starcraft Universe, and have very powerful units. They use crystals to energize their buildings and cities. They "warp" in the structures to build a base, whereas the Terrans build everything using manpower and technology. The Zerg on the other hand "build" everything by growing their structures on creep and upgrade their units by selective mutations.

The first Starcraft game I enjoyed playing a lot, and it also has many references to our galaxy and universe! In our universe there exists a real insectoid extraterrestrial race that also has a very high reproduction cycle! They can outbreed any other extraterrestrial race in our galaxy and universe! It is comparable to the movie "Starship Troopers".

Conclusion on my review of Starcraft 1🩸🩸🛡️⚔️🛡️🩸🩸

For that time (1998-2001) the RTS game Starcraft 1 was one of the best RTS games that were published! It gave us the ability to play three distinct factions and gave us real differences in units within these three different factions! Each faction required a different strategy and tactic to be able to win the given missions and campaigns! Starcraft 1 was way ahead of its time! I would recommend anyone to play the first game! Even though the graphics are outdated compared to today's video games. Perhaps one day Blizzard Entertainment will produce a remake of the first game with better graphics and better cutscenes.

My review of Starcraft II: Wings of Liberty🩸🩸🛡️⚔️🛡️🩸🩸

I played "Starcraft II: Wings of Liberty" when it came out in 2010. This time the story goes about Jim Raynor and his band of rebels who are still trying to liberate themselves of the rulership or dictatorship of Arcturus Mengsk but without success. Jim Raynor fell in love in the first game with Sarah Kerrigan who was then transformed by a crystal and by the Overmind to become "the Queen of Blades" a human/zerg hybrid. During the course of the second game and first campaign he tries to heal Sarah Kerrigan, for her to become human again! He succeeds at the end only partially! And the Queen of Blades becomes human again, but not fully. The second game introduces new units and better graphics. But in my eyes the first game was more intensive and with more action. Even though the first game had less units and less upgrades for every unit!

Conclusion of my review of Starcraft II: Wings of Liberty🩸🩸🛡️⚔️🛡️🩸🩸

The game Starcraft II is also a very good and very entertaining game and I really enjoyed playing the game. It was released in 2010 so the graphics are also outdated compared to the video games of today. But you can still play it on any Apple computer or PC today! The graphics improved immensely compared to the first game! And the second game is also easier to play than the first game! So if you want to play a real good RTS video game then I suggest you buy it and play it!

Metaphysical meaning of the RTS game Starcraft 1 and 2🩸🩸🛡️⚔️🛡️🩸🩸

The games Starcraft 1 and 2 portray according to my metaphysical experiences a real story in our multiverse! The games we developed on our Earth and our universe are an approximation to the real war and story of the Starcraft Universe! And according to my insight, by using this interphase (the games), we aided Jim Raynor, Sarah Kerrigan, the Queen of Blades, Artanis and Zeratul achieve victory or a solution in the Starcraft Universe! By letting millions of players worldwide play the game over and over again, and by using AI to select the best solution to every mission, we achieved the best possible solution for the Starcraft Universe! If you really are at war the best solution is the one that has the fewest casualties, the least suffering, the fewest losses of units, and the most optimal usage of ressources, space and land! Yes, the game represents only an interphase to the actual Starcraft Universe! But by using millions of players and then an AI to select the best solutions of all players to any given mission and campaign you get the best result that you can get! So in essence, all players in our world that played Starcraft 1 and 2 have helped to solve the problem in the Starcraft Universe!

I've had personally many synchronicities with various cutscenes in Starcraft II: Wings of Liberty. And the question is here: what price are you willing to pay for true freedom?

  • Are you willing to fight in the Starcraft Universe? Be it as a Space Marine, Zergling or Protoss?
  • Are you willing to help Jim Raynor achieve victory in the Starcraft Universe?
  • Are you willing to serve the Queen of Blades as a Zerg to defeat the Overmind?
  • Are you willing to serve the Protoss to purify the Starcraft Universe from all evil?
  • And how many times (lives) are you willing to serve in the Starcraft Universe to achieve the main goal of true peace and true freedom?
  • In this real life game, the pain and suffering is real! All emotions are real! So be wise on what and which you choose! For your future or better yet all our futures depend on it!

As an example: if you choose to serve Jim Raynor as a Space Marine and have played these games on our Earth before, then you know that victory is certain! With this certainty comes the strongest belief that you can imagine in the final victory! It does not matter if you die while in the process, for death is not the end and you can always try again! But knowing that we will attain true victory at the end gives you the willpower that no other Space Marine has that did not play these games before! With this willpower and dedication you will fight stronger and to the fullest of your abilities making you potentially a formidable and resilient soldier!

Whatever you choose, we salute you! 🙋‍♂️
